I highly recommend Dr. Pak and his team to anyone looking for a dentist in southern OC. I just finished a series of appointments (yes, I am one of those people who hadn’t been to the dentist in years and years) and I am delighted to say that everything is perfect! I had some fillings replaced, a chipped tooth repaired, a tooth extracted, and a bridge installed (is that the right word?).

Kristy, who works at the front desk, worked magic with my insurance company. She is extremely knowledgeable about how these plans work, and was very attentive to me before and after my appointments. Ramona, who assists Dr. Pak, was a hoot! Not only did she do great work, but she entertained me with funny stories as she worked. Her warm and cheerful personality will put anyone at ease. I can’t say enough good things about. Dr. Pak. His work is outstanding.

He indulged all my questions about the technical and not-so-technical stuff, and made sure to keep asking me if I had any more questions. He is very calm and friendly, and his knowledge and manner definitely inspired confidence. The best part of my experience with Dr. Pak is unfortunately based on my experiences with other dentists. At no time did Dr.

Pak try to “up-sell” me with extras, as many previous dentists have done. He remained focused on what I needed to restore me teeth to great working order. Not only that, but the total out-of-pocket costs I paid were very reasonable, even for the bridge (I had another bridge put in over 10 years ago, and swear that I paid way much more out-of-pocket to that earlier dentist, even with good insurance).

The bottom line is that I trust Dr. Pak and his team — they do great work, treat everyone well and honestly, and charge very fairly. What more can you ask for when looking for a new dentist!
